The short version: this site describes our services honestly, a proposal is not a booking until we both confirm one in writing, and the portfolio you see here is our own real work.
This website
This site is operated by , a Lakkshions IT Private Limited company registered in Hyderabad, India. It describes our services and lets you send us an enquiry; it does not itself take payment or create a booking.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending the enquiry form does not book an event or reserve a date. A proposal we send you is indicative until both parties confirm a booking in writing, at which point separate agreed terms and a payment schedule apply.
Our portfolio
Photography and video shown under "Our Work" are from events we actually produced. Where a project is not yet publicly shareable, we show a limited or empty state rather than a placeholder standing in for real work.
Intellectual property
The text, design and photography on this site belong to or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without asking us first.
Liability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but information here can change as our services evolve, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website rather than a confirmed proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
