What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we store the details you provide — your name, and whichever of email, phone, event type, date, city, venue, guest count, budget range and message you choose to give us. Every field beyond your name and one way to reach you is optional. We also record the page you enquired from and, where present in the link that brought you here, campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) — never fabricated when absent.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry with a genuine, costed proposal, and to keep an internal record of the conversation as your event moves from a first enquiry toward a booking. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Marketing emails

We only send planning inspiration or offers by email if you tick the marketing checkbox on the form. Leaving it unticked still gets your enquiry a reply — it only opts you out of the extra emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also ask us directly at any time.

Cookies and analytics

A small number of cookies keep the site working (your session, if you sign in as staff, and your cookie preference itself). Analytics and advertising cookies — which help us understand traffic and measure our own ad spend — only run if you accept them in the consent banner, and only where we have actually configured that tool. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored on our own database, hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider, and pass through our email delivery provider only to send you the reply you asked for. We do not share enquiry details with unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful for responding to your enquiry and for our own business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us at any time — by emailing — to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
