What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we store the details you provide — your name, and whichever of email, phone, event type, date, city, venue, guest count, budget range and message you choose to give us. Every field beyond your name and one way to reach you is optional. We also record the page you enquired from and, where present in the link that brought you here, campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) — never fabricated when absent.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry with a genuine, costed proposal, and to keep an internal record of the conversation as your event moves from a first enquiry toward a booking. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Marketing emails

We only send planning inspiration or offers by email if you tick the marketing checkbox on the form. Leaving it unticked still gets your enquiry a reply — it only opts you out of the extra emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also ask us directly at any time.

Cookies and analytics

A small number of cookies keep the site working, including your session if you sign in as staff. We store your privacy choices in this browser. Enquiries work when you choose necessary cookies only.

Analytics is optional and helps us understand visits and how our enquiry forms are used. Advertising measurement is a separate, optional choice that requires analytics: it allows visit and ad-click information and accepted-enquiry events to be shared with Google and, if configured, Meta to measure our own campaigns. We do not send your form contact details with these events. Google ad personalisation remains off. Neither choice signs you up for marketing emails.

Advertising measurement starts denied, including for visitors who previously accepted analytics or marketing cookies. Only a new advertising-measurement choice enables it. Use Privacy choices here or in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Changes apply to future measurement; they cannot recall events already sent. Clearing this site's browser data also resets these choices.

Separately, we keep our own aggregate count of page views for every page: the day, the page, and campaign parameters if the link that brought you here carried them (such as utm_source), against a number of views. This never includes your IP address, a device fingerprint, a cookie or any identifier that could be linked back to you individually or across sites, so it applies regardless of the cookie choice above; it only tells us which pages get looked at, not who looked.

Google user data and the Google Ads API

When an authorised EthniQ Events administrator connects our Google Ads account through Google OAuth, EthniQ Events may access Google Ads account identifiers, account metadata, campaign information and advertising-performance metrics. We use this data only for our own internal advertising reporting, performance analysis, attribution, campaign monitoring and related business-management functions.

An authorised administrator can use the Google Ads connection to review performance and manage approved campaigns, including creating paused campaigns and activating or pausing them within the recorded budget and permissions. We use this connection for EthniQ Events’ own advertising.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising unrelated to the functionality requested by the authorised user, or share it with unrelated third parties. OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are protected in restricted production credential storage and are not displayed through the application interface.

You can revoke EthniQ Events' Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, EthniQ Events can no longer retrieve Google Ads data through that authorization.

EthniQ Events' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored on our own database, hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider, and pass through our email delivery provider only to send you the reply you asked for. We do not share enquiry details with unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful for responding to your enquiry and for our own business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us at any time — by emailing info@ethniqevents.in — to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
