How it works

You approve what you will actually get.

Four practical fixes for the four places remote planning usually fails.

  • Filmed walkthroughs

Venues, décor mock-ups and tastings recorded at the hour your function will run.

  • Calls in your hours

Review calls set for your evening; every decision in one written log.

  • One budget sheet

Every quote, approval and payment, open from any timezone.

  • Family briefed, not deployed

The running around stays with us.

The four things that make remote planning hard

Distance is a logistics problem rather than a compromise, and it fails in predictable places. Decor looks different in a phone photograph than it does at seven in the evening under real lighting. A question asked late at night waits until the next working day in India for an answer. Family in Hyderabad quietly takes on vendor chasing that was never theirs. And money moves without a paper trail. Each of those has a practical fix.

You approve what you will actually get

We film venue walkthroughs and decor mock-ups at the hour your function will run, so the lighting in the video is the lighting on the day. Menu tastings are filmed the same way, with the chef talking through each dish. Nothing is signed off from a mood board alone.

Calls in your hours

Review calls are scheduled for your evening rather than ours, and every decision goes into one written log so nothing depends on remembering a voice note. When a decision cannot wait, you get a short written recommendation with the trade-offs, not a phone call at two in the morning.

Your family stays informed, not deployed

Relatives in Hyderabad are often the ones who end up carrying a remote wedding. We take the running around back and keep them briefed instead — they attend the tastings they want to attend and skip the vendor negotiations entirely.

One budget sheet, open from anywhere

Every quote we collect, every approval and every payment sits on one sheet you can open from any timezone. Payments are made against milestones to an Indian company account with a GST invoice, either by international transfer or by a family member here, and every vendor payment is recorded against the budget you signed off.

Guests arriving from several countries

Room blocks held against your dates, arrivals through Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at whatever hour flights land, coaches between functions, local SIM cards, welcome hampers and a hospitality desk your guests call instead of calling you. There is more in our venue guide, and the full scope sits on the wedding planning page.

How much you need to be here

Most families visit once or twice before the wedding week. One trip is usually enough if it is timed for venue sign-off and the main tasting; the second, if you make it, is best spent close to the date on decor and rehearsal.

Questions

Asked before booking planning a hyderabad event from another country.

Can we watch the venue and decor before approving?

Yes — everything material is filmed and sent, at the time of day your function will run, so you are approving the real thing rather than a photograph taken in daylight.

How do payments work from another country?

Payments go to an Indian company account against a GST invoice, either by international transfer or through a family member here, on a written schedule tied to milestones.

Can relatives who cannot travel watch the wedding?

We set up a private live stream for the main functions with its own camera operator and audio feed, and keep the recording for you afterwards.
