Our production office is in Madhapur; a second team covers Vijayawada and coastal Andhra. Load-ins across Hitec City, Gachibowli, Kondapur and Jubilee Hills are twenty minutes away, not a day trip.

Nine to twelve months is comfortable for the November to February peak, when the best convention centres and senior vendor teams book out early. Six months works for a smaller guest list, and short-notice dates are sometimes possible.
