The wedding week
Each function has its own mood, guest list and often its own venue. We plan them as real events, not smaller versions of the wedding day.

The first function and the first run sheet.

Daylight, turmeric, marigold, and seating built for the ritual.

Artists timed to your guest list; shade, music and light catering.

Stage, sound and lighting for an evening that runs on time.

The mandap set to the muhurtham hour, not the other way round.

A stage photographed for hours, built to hold up from every angle.

A Hyderabad wedding is rarely one event. It is an engagement, a haldi, a mehendi, a sangeet, the muhurtham itself and a reception, often across two venues and four days, with a different guest list and a different mood each time. We hold all of it on one production plan: one run sheet with times, one budget sheet with every quote and payment, and one person your family calls.
That covers venue search and contracting, decor design and build, catering and tastings, priest and ritual coordination, photography and film, entertainment, guest hospitality, transport and the load-in schedule that makes the whole thing land on time.

Telugu, Hyderabadi Muslim, North Indian, Marwari, Christian and interfaith weddings all run to different sequences, and the muhurtham decides the clock rather than the other way round. We build the production schedule backwards from your timing — when the mandap must be ready, when the pandit needs the family seated, how long the pellikoduku or nikah will realistically take, and where the buffer sits when something runs late. Nothing about that is generic, so we do not start from a template.

Guest count, muhurtham hour and how far your oldest guests can walk narrow the list faster than any photograph. We shortlist against your brief, negotiate the contract, and send you a walkthrough film of every venue before you sign one. Our guide to Hyderabad wedding venues explains what to check in each category, from palace-style properties to convention centres and farmhouse lawns.

Every vendor quote is compared and recorded, every payment is scheduled against a milestone, and the sheet stays open to you throughout. When something changes — a guest count that jumps, a decor upgrade, a second stage — you see the effect on the total before you approve it, not after.

A good number of our weddings are booked by someone who cannot be in Hyderabad every fortnight. Venue recces, decor mock-ups and menu tastings are filmed and sent for approval, and review calls are set for your hours. There is more on how that works on our remote planning page.

Nine to twelve months is comfortable for the November to February peak, when the strongest venues and senior vendor teams book out first. Six months is workable for a smaller guest list. Shorter than that is sometimes possible and we will tell you honestly whether your dates are realistic on the first call.

Questions
Planning fees are usually quoted either as a percentage of the event budget or as a flat fee for the scope, and the right structure depends on how many functions you are running. We quote in writing after the first call, alongside an indicative budget band for the wedding itself, so you can see both numbers before committing to anything.
Yes. Plenty of families run the wedding themselves and hand us the sangeet or the reception, which are the two that most often need a production team. Most start with one function and hand over the rest once they have seen how it runs.
Yes. If you have a photographer or caterer the family is committed to, they come into the plan and work to the same run sheet as everyone else.
